Siddhartha Rewards is Siddhartha Bank’s bank-wide loyalty program for all Siddhartha Bank customers. Being a part of this program means that you earn Siddhartha Rewards Points on your everyday banking activities, which you can redeem for exciting benefits spread across various categories.

How do I sign up for the Siddhartha Rewards?

If you are an Account Holder of Siddhartha Bank Limited, you are automatically entitled to get Siddhartha Rewards Points on your everyday banking activities. You do not need to further sign up in additional system to enroll in Siddhartha Rewards Program. You can simply log Siddhartha BankSmart XP mobile app or web version to view and redeem your loyalty points.

How do I earn Siddhartha Rewards Points?

Earn Siddhartha Rewards points by making payments using your Debit Card, Credit Card, Prepaid Card or Mobile Banking.

How can I access my Reward Points?

Log on to Siddhartha BankSmart XP mobile app or web version to view and redeem your loyalty points.

Is this a cash back program?

Siddhartha Rewards is not a cash back program. It rewards you for performing digital transactions from your Siddhartha Debit/ Credit / Prepaid cards and Mobile Banking. You can redeem your earned points through different merchants available at marketplace offered by Siddhartha Bank.

How do I redeem Siddhartha Rewards Points?

By logging in to Siddhartha BankSmart XP mobile app or web version, you can see option of Siddhartha Rewards from where you can redeem your accumulated points for a variety of rewards, including free mobile top-ups, ISP services, TV subscriptions, airline tickets, insurance, software, hotel bookings, holiday experiences, marketplace purchases, gift cards, and other exciting benefits spread across various categories.

Does Siddhartha Rewards Points Expire?

Siddhartha Rewards Points expire after 2 years of its accrual.

When can I start redeeming my Reward Points?

You will be allowed to redeem points once the cumulative points is sufficient for any redemption available in loyalty marketplace. There will be no requirement to reach the minimum points celling.

Where can I find my Rewards Summary?

You can view your reward points in the Account Section in the Siddhartha BankSmart XP mobile app and web version. From mobile app swipe your screen from left to right and you can see menu “Siddhartha Rewards” or you can simply search “Siddhartha Rewards” from search option on home page after login. From web version you can click “Account” where you will see Siddhartha Rewards under menu “All Account”.

What are the benefits of registering for Siddhartha BankSmart XP for rewards program?

By registering and activating your BankSmart XP you can perform following task for Siddhartha Rewards upon login in BankSmart XP Mobile app and web version:

• Check your accumulated Siddhartha Rewards Points.
• View statement of Siddhartha Rewards Points.
• Redeem your reward point for various products and services.
